I cannot find my order

To access your order:


  1. Log in to Anka account
  2. Click on "Purchases"
  3. Click on the order concerned. You can access to all the details of the order and contact the seller.


You still cannot find your order


If you placed an order and you cannot find it on your account, it is because:


  • The payment did not go through and it is due to a failure of the 3DS verification.
  • You have probably placed your order using another account. We invite you to try logging in, if you can, in order to verify if the order appears in that account.
