Why has my order been canceled ?
There are 3 reasons that explain why your order has been canceled:
1. The seller didn't accept the order in time
Once your order is confirmed, the seller has 48 hours to accept it. Otherwise, it is automatically canceled. The seller certainly lacked responsiveness or hasn't logged in to her account.
2. The seller declined the order
If the seller is not able to honor a sale, she can decline the order. She is required to give you an explanation.
3. Anka canceled the order
On rare occasions, Anka might cancel your order. In that case, we will send you a message.
In any case, all refunds are automatically credited to your Anka dashboard. You can use it to make a new purchase or transfer it to your bank account.
