Once the order is placed you have 48 hours to accept it, Otherwise it is automatically cancelled and refunded to the purchaser's Anka wallet.
To accept an order, follow the below steps:
- In the "Sales" tab of your account, select the relevant order
2. Click "Accept" or "Refuse"
The buyer receives an email confirming acceptance or cancellation of their order.
In case of cancellation, the seller must give an explanation to the buyer, she can send a message in the order's conversation.
After more than 3 cancellations over 5 days, Your store will automatically go offline. The Anka Team must be contacted at help@anka.africa to reactivate the store. After more than 10 cancellations / refunds over 30 days, the shop can be deactivated or permanently closed.
