ANKA Shop billing system and services

1- Services available on Anka Shop

Welcome to ANKA, which brings together ANKA Shop services (shop.anka.africa), as well as ANKA Ship and ANKA Pay. These services are operated by GSPlatformCo Inc. (a Delaware corporation) and its Affiliates (as defined below), including Mansaart USA, Inc. and GSPlatform NG Limited.

Anka Shop offers several services to all vendors to help them grow their businesses.

These services include:

  • An optimized management of the online profile: tools to manage listings, inventory, and fulfillment, with a Customer service team available 7 days a week.
  • Reduced shipping rates to encourage quick, reliable, and efficient deliveries to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • The payment solution ANKA Pay, operated by GSPlatformCo Inc., allows vendors to receive payouts in a payment method of their choice, based on what is available in their country, and also provides visibility into sales through a dashboard.

ANKA (operated by GSPlatformCo Inc.) operates as a reseller. Customer payments made through the platform are revenues of ANKA. The relationship between the vendor (you) and ANKA is a business-to-business (B2B) transaction where ANKA purchases goods from you for resale.

2- Subscription

Using the ANKA services requires a subscription. Vendors may choose quarterly, semi-annual, or annual plans; therefore, save money by taking a formula over several months.

The different formulas of this Anka Shop subscription are as follows:

  • Quarterly at €60
  • Semi-annually at €100
  • Yearly at 200€

Vendors receive payment equal to the retail price minus ANKA Shop's service and platform fees. Your entitlement to funds (Net Revenue) is established by a B2B vendor invoice addressed to ANKA, automatically generated from your dashboard after sales reconciliation.

Net Revenue is only due and payable to ANKA after receipt and validation of this corresponding vendor invoice. Submitting a payout request initiates the generation and processing of this B2B invoice, subject to validation by ANKA.

3- Fees and Deductions

Service fees, subscriptions, shipping labels, and adjustments are deducted from the vendor dashboard managed by ANKA (owned and operated by GSPlatformCo Inc.).

It can be triggered in three ways:

  • A sale made on Anka Shop: platform and service fees are deducted from the vendor's payout.
  • ANKA Pay: When the vendor is credited with the fee for a payment link made on the platform but not used on ANKA Shop.
  • The purchase and generation of a shipping label: When a vendor generates and pays for a label to ship an order.

Vendors remain responsible for order fulfillment, shipping, and returns, under a policy that is in line with our return policy, as noted in general use conditions.

Products Policy

ANKA shop reserves the right to disable products that do not respect the list of authorized products, and those reported as copied or plagiarized from other online sources or other vendors. If this happens several times to the same vendor, then he/she risks getting his/her profile temporarily or permanently disabled/blocked, as mentioned in the terms and conditions.

2- African-inspired products on Anka Shop

  • A. It is forbidden to use photos from other brands or sites. You must only add pictures that belong to you.
  • B. You are not allowed to offer products identical to those of another existing brand on Anka Shop.
