How to contact a vendor about an order ?
If you have any questions about your order, try to reach out to the vendor directly.
On desktop
- Log in to your Anka account.
- Click on "My Account".
- Click on "Purchases".
- Click on "Contact the vendor" next to the order you're interested in.
- Type your message in the textbox.
- Click Send Message. The vendor will be notified once your message sent.

You can contact a buyer at anytime in the order page: Go to the "Sales" tab of your account Click "Contact the buyer" in the order page to send a message. You can find all your conversations in the "Conversations" tab of your account
