How to issue a full or partial refund of an order ?

You can issue a full or partial refund from your account.


  1. Go to the "Sales" section of your account



  1. Select the relevant order


  1. Click on "Refund"




  1. If you want to refund the entire transaction, check "THE SALE". If you wish to partially reimburse the transaction check the "A FREE AMOUNT" and enter the amount to be reimbursed.





Funds for refunds are deducted from your wallet, if you do not have money in your wallet, the refund will be deducted from your next sales.

In case of refund, the commission is automatically reimbursed on your wallet, before the funds are transferred to the buyer.
