Upgrading extends the duration for your next plan.
Downgrading means your next plan will be shorter than your current plan.
Cancelling means your access to ANKA services stops after the end date of your plan.
The following steps will help you upgrade/downgrade your chosen subscription plan:
How duration adjusts ?
****
Your new subscription plan starts at the end on the ongoing plan.
Let's say you subscribed for 03 months on January 1st, 2022 which is supposed to end on April 1st, 2022
On February 1st, you decide to upgrade to a yearly plan.
At the due date of your ongoing subscription (which is April 1st 2022), your renewal will be done with the new plan chosen; the yearly plan.
Your new plan will then start on April 1st 2022, and end on April 1st,2023
The same logic applies if you downgrade.
Let's say you subscribed to a yearly plan on January 1st,2022.
On February 1st, you change your mind and downgrade to quarterly plan. Your plan still runs for a year, and on February 1st 2023, the due date, you are billed for a quarterly plan for the renewal.
Cancelling does not change the expiration date, you can use ANKA services until the very last day.
It only cancel the renewal of your subscription.
