It is possible to change your username or shopname. But you can't do it from your account.

You must send a request to the Anka team at help@anka.africa, mentioning the new username or shop name.

The team will update it in a short time.

Please note that shop names cannot contain capital letters, spaces or special characters (except the hyphen - )
