The display of products on the pages
There are 2 types of pages on which your products will be displayed to customers in a particular order:
1. The search results page
When you do your shopping using the filters, you land on the search results page. This page displays the products of several stores, according to the filters you have chosen.
The first row contains the sponsored products:
From the 2nd row, the products are classified according to their scores, and that of the shop that offers them. You will find more information on scores in the following article: Visibility rules: how are creations displayed?
2. Your shop
Unlike the search results page, you can change the order in which products are displayed in your store. To do this, go to the "Products" tab of your account, and then click on "Sort":
You will then be able to choose the exact position of each of your products, using the different directional arrows:
And your products will appear in your store in the order you have chosen:
Do not hesitate to use this feature, in order to display your bestsellers, new products or seasonal products first in your shop.
