Update my personal informations

You can change your first name, last name, phone number, postal address, your email and password.

1. Once on your account click on " My profile":

2. You can change your informations then click on "Update profile"

Once on "my profile",

• Click on "credentials" or go down the page to the box "account".
• You can change your email address, enter your password and click on " **update account"**.

To add your address, from the address box, kindly click either on the edit button or add an address.

Then fill up your address details in the provided space with the right informations and click on update address.

When you change your email address, you get a confirmation email from Anka.

Go to your email box, open your email and click on the link "confirm my account" in the email.

If you don't see a confirmation email:

• Check in your spams or unwanted emails .
• If you are using Gmail, check your social media and promotions tabs.

Update my addresses / Add new addresses

• Follow the same above process and scroll down until the Addresses Section
• Click on "Edit" and enter your new address
• You can also add more addressed

• To finalize and save, click on "Update Address"

Update my profile picture

Following the same process for accessing your detail as described above,

• Go to the profile section
• Click on **upload your avatar **, then upload the picture of your choice
• Click on update profile .
